Cost:
$385 if received by April 30, 2009. After April 30, 2009, the cost will be $400.
Includes on-campus housing, meals (both on
and off campus), and all studio art supplies. All participants are encouraged to stay in SFA
housing in order to take full advantage of the
program .Transportation to and from the retreat
is the responsibility of the participant.

Workshop registration is limited and available
on a first-come, first-serve basis. Download
and print the Workshop Application. Please follow
the instructions on the top of the application form for submission
of the application.
Application Deadlines
**The Application deadline is May 27, 2009.** All
applicants will be notified of the status of their application
by June 1, 2009. Thirty participants will be
accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. If the
workshop is filled, you may request to be placed
on a waiting list.

Full refunds will be honored for cancellations made
before May 27. Fifty percent refund on cancellations May 28 to June 15.

Graduate / Undergraduate Credit
The retreat may be taken for three hours graduate credit in Art Education 597 or undergraduate 491. Prospective graduate students register by completing the Application for Admission to SFA Graduate School, and being advised by the School of Art prior to applying to the retreat. Extended hours on Sunday, June 21, and Thursday, June 25, are required along with additional online assignments. Off-campus students attending for credit will pay $70 course fee, waiving the retreat fee.
On-campus students' housing, meals, and supplies are included in the registration to the Art Educators' Retreat. All SFA tuition and fees for three hours credit will apply.
