2008 Summer Art Academy
The School of Art is offering its summer program for students with an interest in Studio Arts. The Art Academy is scheduled for June 9 - 20. Classes meet from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., Monday through Friday, in the Art Building on Wilson Drive.
Enrollment is open to students K-6th grade and is limited to ensure personal attention and instruction. Classes are arranged by approximate age and will include Drawing, Painting, Photography and Sculpture.
Fees include all art supplies and exhibition expenses. Registration before May 15 is $150 (SFA faculty and staff pay $140). Late registration (afterMay 15) fee is $160.
An exhibition of student work will be held Friday, June 20th , at 6 p.m. All work is to be taken home at that time.
