Ars Italia: Art and Music in Rome, Florence, and Italy The Schools of Music and Art in association with the Office of International Programs are offering the opportunity for any student at Stephen F. Austin State University to travel with the SFA A Cappella Choir to Italy while earning degree credit. All students at SFA must fulfill the core requirement of either an art, music or theater appreciation class. The hybrid appreciation class (art/music) will be offered during Maymester 2009. The course will be taught by Drs. Jill Carrington and David Howard and will trace the development of music and art from the Renaissance through the Baroque.
